• Plan and develop seasonal trouser and denim ranges based on fashion trends, sales data and customer demand.
• Manage vendor coordination for fabric sourcing, trims, washing, finishing and bulk production.
• Handle sampling, fit approvals, size sets and pre-production approvals.
• Ensure target costing and margin achievement through price negotiations and cost control.
• Track purchase orders, production timelines and ensure on-time delivery to warehouse.

• Strong knowledge of denim and trouser fabrics and garment production.
• Experience in vendor sourcing, costing and production follow-ups.
• Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Fashion Technology, Textiles, Apparel Management or related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in merchandising or product development within retail or apparel manufacturing.
• Experience in handling Jeans and Cotton Trousers categories is mandatory.
